A field experiment was conducted during the winter (rabr) seasons of 1997 and 1998 on a red loamy sand soil, to evaluate the effect of zinc enriched with organic wastes on dry matter production at different growth stages, yield and economics in rice (Oyza sativa L.). Zinc enriched pressmud was found to be the best, followed by zinc enriched with goat manure with net return of Rs 29,455 and Rs 24,033 respectively compared with least of Rs 19,250 in the control.References
